In this role, you will focus on enabling the team of analysts to solve complex problem statements. At the same time, you will support decision-making through in-depth analyses and the development of business cases tailored to various strategic needs. Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively with colleagues on product KPI and operational improvements. Translate data into recommendations that stakeholders can understand, guiding decision-making and building strategic consensus. Challenge and contribute to product decisions based on your insights. Define the key performance metrics for the teams to judge and monitor product performance. WE'D LOVE TO ME ET YOU IF You have 5 years of relevant working experience in a data-intensive analytics role where you learned how to work with raw data, such as in Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a logistics domain. You have great leadership skills with a focus on team development, product KPI development, and strategic planning. You have a wide knowledge of SQL, and you are comfortable working with nested/repeated data. You have a strong knowledge of advanced analytics and statistical software languages (preferably Python), particularly regarding data cleanup and manipulation. Familiarity with statistical models and prediction is a plus. You have strong communication skills and the ability to explain processes, choices, and insights to stakeholders across all levels of seniority and technical background. You have a proactive, independent working style with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
