We are Delivery Hero.Job DescriptionWe are on the lookout for aDirector, AdTech Sales Strategyto join the AdTech Commercial and Product Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.The AdTech Commercial and Product Operations Team is responsible for managing the in-app advertising revenue performance, as well as the promotion’s performance of the regions: setting the ambitions, aligning on final targets, following up on performance to maximize value generation. As part of these efforts, the team is setting and aligning the commercial strategy with the regions, understanding the local vendor requirements and business opportunities, and thus influencing the concepts of the new products and product features. The key stakeholders during these efforts are the central product and data teams and the regional product and commercial teams. The AdTech Commercial and Product Operations Team works closely with these indirect stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and to ensure timely delivery.In this role, you will:Support Delivery Hero’s Global AdTech team with shaping their growth product strategy to drive vendor growth and platform growthDevelop robust and hypothesis-driven analyses in a timely manner, estimating the potential impact of different initiatives and prioritizing them accordinglyAlign the growth product strategy with all stakeholders.Identify gaps in current strategies, create frameworks and design execution plans to improve product performance and maximize non-commission revenue.Identify and prioritize business issues, as well as define solutions and support product concept definition and product discovery.Manage relationships with regional counterparts and tech teams, tracking the progress of key projects and providing support and guidance as needed.Lead global non-commission revenue projects, and product roll-outs and own their outcomes.Prepare go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials to support regional sales efforts.QualificationsQualifications8+ years of professional experience in a management consulting, investment banking firm, or internet companyUniversity degree in business, economics, management or engineering.Experience with advertisements and promotionsTechnology experience in AdTech.Excellent English language skills, both written and spokenA hands-on mentality, drive, an analytical and structured way of working, and logical thinking skills.Strong communication skills and independence in handling business challenges.Ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.Nice to haveWork experience in central teams overseeing multiple entitiesBackground in data analyticsAdditional InformationWhat’s in it for youEnsuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
