Job Description
We are looking for a Chief of Staff (all genders) to join the CEO’s Office to help us on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

* Reporting and Analytics: provide regular reporting and analytics to senior leadership to ensure that they have visibility into relevant roadmaps and can make informed decisions based on data.
* OKR delivery - align annual strategic global map and ensure teams are executing as per agreed OKRs.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement in project management practices and processes and implementing changes to improve project outcomes.
* Work closely with Chief Executive Officer and other C-Suite Leadership when required on managing confidential projects and initiatives
Qualifications
Your heroic skills:
* Has worked in program teams and has experience in leading cross functional program teams in a matrix environment.
* Experience leading strategic projects.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering on OKR’s and roadmaps in global organizations.
* Experience in leading process improvement and change initiatives with high impact and scale.
* Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and decision analysis.
Additional Information
Nice to have:
* Familiarity with change management methodologies
* Familiarity with data and analytical systems for structured business decision-making
