To drive revenue expansion, we’re looking for a Monetization & Sales Strategist to optimize in-game sales, upselling mechanics, and pricing strategies. You will be responsible for maximizing player spending while ensuring long-term engagement.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in gaming, e-commerce, or digital product monetization, particularly in pricing models, bundling strategies, and sales optimization.
YOUR MISSION
Monetization & Upselling Strategy
* Develop in-game sales funnels to increase ARPU, ARPPU, and conversion rates
* Apply tiered pricing, high-value bundles, and personalized upselling mechanics by implementing private offers and targeted discounts based on player behavior, particularly for VIP players and high spenders
* Optimize LiveOps sales cycles, flash sales, and seasonal promotions
* Use push notifications, email, Discord, and in-game prompts for targeted sales, as well as oversee social promotions to maximize conversions
* Leverage behavioral segmentation to trigger high-value spending events
LiveOps & Sales Optimization
* Align LiveOps events with sales strategies to maximize revenue
* Own pricing models for battle passes, progression monetization, and loyalty incentives
* Monitor and adjust monetization KPIs, ensuring sustainable revenue growth
* Work closely with product, data, and game design teams to enhance monetization
