What are we expecting from you?
The Client Development Manager actively supports the commercial ambitions of the Germany & Austria market, being responsible for the development and the implementation of the Maison Client strategy in our Boutiques local network.
Based on a deep knowledge of local clients, he/she builds dedicated action plan to deploy the Maison initiatives in client development, experience and satisfaction.
In this function you will:
- Ensure the implementation of the clients’ strategy and tools developed by the Region & HQ, in order to maximize clients’ loyalty, recruitment and client experience.
- Use data to drive focus by segments and insights to maximize business knowledge about our clients.
- Define action plan for key priority clients, manage associated budget & monitor performance
- Deploy client activation strategy with adaptation to local needs & context if needed- Develop the local high-end clientele in collaboration with the Boutiques (??)
- Animate, Coach & support Boutiques teams in implementing the Clienteling strategy: roll-out client-related programs, action plan per SA, guidelines & tools
- Develop the local high-end clientele in collaboration with the Boutiques
- Be responsible for the Client Experience including gifting and for the implementation of related guidelines & tools
- Monitor client Satisfaction in market in collaboration with Boutiques, Training & CS teams.
- Manage a local Client Experience Manager who will support you in this mission
