About the role
We are looking for a People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin as soon as possible. As People & Culture Manager (m/f/d), you will be an important part of our team and will be responsible for implementing our personnel strategy and ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:
* Independently manage the entire recruiting process from needs analysis to contract drafting for all levels
* Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including direct search and active sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn, Xing, social media, etc.)
* Conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers
* Onboarding and offboarding of employees
Personnel Development & Support:
* Advise management on all personnel matters
* Implement personnel development measures
* Organize, plan and conduct employee appraisals and feedback processes
* Point of contact for employees on all personnel-related issues
* Continuous optimization of HR processes
* Collaboration on strategic HR projects
Personnel Administration & Labor Law:
* Negotiation of employment contracts
* Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations
* Personnel planning in cooperation with management
About you
* Completed training in human resources management, or a comparable qualification
* 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in the media/agency industry
* Very good knowledge of labor law
* Experience in implementing HR strategies and processes
* Excellent communication skills
* High degree of initiative, independence and solution orientation
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* You are a team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on mentality
* You are empathetic, pragmatic, spontaneous, fast, enthusiastic and have the necessary attention to detail and work carefully and structured
* You have a high degree of initiative, motivation and enjoy working in a team
