YOUR TASKS
1. As a technical contact person, you are responsible for our customer service providers and manage international service providers
2. You independently take on projects, thereby enhancing the customer experience
3. You enjoy being the interface between service providers and internal departments
4. You conduct analyses, create reports on relevant call center metrics, and are responsible for volume planning
5. You are interested in data protection, quality analyses, and fraud topics
6. You continuously optimize systems and processes to reduce lead times and costs
7. You analyze the reasons for customer contact in customer service and develop customer-friendly solutions
YOUR PROFILE
8. You possess the ability and interest to familiarize yourself with processes and technical systems in customer service
9. You have experience in managing service providers, ideally in customer service
10. Customer focus, quality, and a service-oriented mindset are at the core of your daily work
11. You excel at analysis and have a strong numerical understanding, along with excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
12. An independent and structured approach to work is a given for you
13. You communicate fluently in both German and English
14. A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification rounds off your profile
