Key Responsibilities
1. Service Management Support: Assist in managing and coordinating IT service processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective incident resolution.
2. Incident and Requirement Analysis: Analyze incidents and requirements to support decision-making and issue resolution.
3. Bug Fix Management: Monitor and manage the progress of Bug Fix RFCs (Request for Changes) to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
4. Focus Incident Coordination: Support the coordination and communication of focus incidents, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and involved.
Qualifications
5. Field of Study: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
6. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and/or German.
7. Experience: Prior experience or internships in IT Service Management is highly desirable.
8. Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Who You Will Work With
9. Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with Customer Service departments, European Distribution/Manufacturing centers, and IT quality and project management teams.
10. External Stakeholders: Engage with external partners, including Infor IMS, and coordinate with IT colleagues globally and across the EMEA region.
