Role: Field Operations Administrator/Coordinator
Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Our client is a European local delivery platform, providing field technical services including infrastructure technical support, field maintenance, installations, networking support, and professional services, ensuring highly customized and flexible solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
They are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Operations Admin/Coordinator to join their team in Frankfurt. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the central point of contact between customers, service providers, and internal departments
* Coordinate all IT-related service assignments
* Manage the customer database
* Ensure compliance with and monitor contractually agreed services
* Plan and oversee various IT projects
* Create documentation and reports
* Handle media management
* Coordinate spare parts logistics
Required Knowledge/Experience:
* Solid understanding of data center processes and servers
* Experience with IT ticket systems (preferably ServiceNow)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office365 for creating reports and statistics
* Strong service orientation and customer focus
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent in both German (B2/C1 minimum) and English (Professional)
* Possession of a Class B driving licence ESSENTIAL
