Position Overview
As a Client Compliance & Strategy Analyst you support the oversight and coordination of various operational, financial, and reporting aspects for a large account to support compliance with contractual and strategy objectives.
You Are:
* 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, account management or similar role
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
* B2+ oral and written English
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Gather data relative to key performance indicators across the assigned account to assess alignment to contractual obligations
* Support the account leadership team to oversee and manage performance indicators for an assigned account, ensuring performance according to contractual obligations and client expectations
* Support the preparation of presentations and compelling operational business updates for different audiences
* Contribute to data collection, analysis, and visualization efforts to support the decision-making processes
The ideal candidate in this position will possess the following competencies:
* Giving support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, managing self-development
* Strong financial analysis and interpretation
* Understanding of contract management, risk management and audit processes
* Strong data collection, analysis, and visualization skills
* Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Familiarity with data visualization
