Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: (Senior) Talent Acquisition Advisor Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Advisor, where youll play a pivotal role as a trusted business advisor. You will have the following tasks: Be the main recruiter for our interns population across all entities, in collaboration with hiring managers and ensuring the acquisition of top talent by developing effective recruitment strategies; Take charge of the end to end recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job advertisements to seamlessly onboarding new hires involving contract administration with universities; Participate in our different HR Events, representing Arendt at national and international forums, job fairs, students visits and other recruitment events; Be the main point of contact for everything related to the interns, providing regular internal reports to HR leaders and relevant stakeholders; Register adequately every step of the process in the HR tool and perform regular follow up of each step to ensure responsiveness with the candidates; Ensure specific HR initiatives are closely aligned with the organizations global HR practices; Participate in global HR projects, providing insights and expertise.
