IT Support Specialist 2nd Level Onsite
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team at Hemmersbach, a rapidly growing company. As an Onsite Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services in an exciting location.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, ensuring seamless problem-solving and excellent customer satisfaction.
* Implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Hardware and software installation, network configuration, and participation in IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
* Analyzing and documenting system and application errors.
About You:
* A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or equivalent experience in IT support (ideally 2 years).
* Proficiency in the Microsoft environment.
* Familiarity with ticket systems.
* Strong communication skills, fluent German (C1) and proficient English.
