Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and chats from clients regarding various aspects of their insurance policies.
* Process requests through our policy administration system, including writing and sending correspondence, contract documents, and other relevant information.
* Perform indexing and electronic archiving using our document management tools.
* Manage policy change requests and update payment details as necessary.
* Process claims and cancellations in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications
* High level of English proficiency (both oral and written).
* Previous customer service experience is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a formal and diplomatic approach.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
