Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Specialist, Total Rewards (Equity), Fixed-term to join the Total Rewards team for up to 12 months on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As part of the People & Culture Team, you’ll help attract, develop, and retain top talent, creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization.
* Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy, for our Berlin Headquarters, and in over 70 countries
* Support the transition to a new equity administration platform, focussing on process implementation and data migration
* Manage our global Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP), in particular LTIP grants, ESPP enrolments, stock option exercise windows, RSU releases and global compliance
* Ensure data accuracy and smooth process flows in the equity administration platform and our HRIS (Workday)
* Play an important role in decision making and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges utilizing data, facts and trends
* Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, as well as with the extended Total Rewards and People global network
Qualifications
* You are driven by the idea of building an ‘amazing Reward experience’
* You have 2+ years experience of managing equity, compensation, global mobility or broader HR programs
* You hold an academic degree
* You have strong analytical, project management and/or data analysis skills (e.g., MS Excel or Google Sheet)
* Very good communication skills in English, and you are ideally an expert in training and explaining Reward to employees
* You know how to find a key to every person, and know how to build strong relationships with your stakeholders
