In our "Customer and Sales IT" department at the Stuttgart, Munich, and Barcelona locations, we provide IT support to our end customers and sales units. As a People Lead for the "Customer Identity and Access Management" and "Meine Allianz" tribes, we are looking for dedicated support in day-to-day operations. You will be fully integrated into our leadership team, working independently and closely with our teams in an agile environment.

What you do
* Actively support the leadership team in day-to-day business
* Prepare, organize, and follow up on meetings and workshops
* Work on cross-team projects and take on tasks, such as the relocation of teams to the Allianz Park Stuttgart
* Challenge and optimize internal processes, such as onboarding
* Independently create reports and presentations in both German and English
What you bring
* You are studying business administration, (business) informatics, or related fields and ideally have some practical experience
* Your personality is characterized by integrity, interpersonal skills, and diverse interests
* You demonstrate initiative and strong commitment while being a team player
* Your agile mindset and ability to think in terms of solutions help you quickly grasp new situations and overcome challenges
* You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* You have a strong command of both German and English
* You are available immediately and interested in a full-time internship (38 hours/week) or a working student position (16-20 hours/week) for ideally 12 months or longer
