What you'll do
* Your job is to analyze the behavior of existing streaming customers in close collaboration with the Customer Base team to identify cross- & upselling opportunities for dedicated & segmented web journeys - you'll support the identified opportunities, especially the creation of an A/B testing concept for the digital journey as well as the timeline for project implementation together with the eCommerce team
* You'll independently oversee the E2E customer segmentation, the creation of target groups in our AB testing tool, the testing of the target groups & the monitoring after going live
* You'll play a key role in coordinating a digital journey concept & implementation plan with key stakeholders in the organization, which may include the creation of a business case
* Above all, the technical setup of approved segmented A/B tests using tools such as Dynamic Yield and mParticle as well as the alignment of all implementation activities with the overall eCommerce roadmap & available digital design resources (correct test setup with robust tracking & reporting dashboards) are part of your daily business
* You'll take over the tasks ranging from analysis to tracking the performance of implemented A/B tests as well as identifying optimization opportunities throughout the process with Adobe Analytics & Content Square
* Your tasks also include the presentation & visualization of data results & sharing key results, insights & learnings with international teams to foster knowledge sharing
* You'll also drive the development & testing of ideas for website personalization & behavioral targeting
What you'll bring
* You've a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and at least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing/CRM & e-commerce
* Through your professional experience, you've gained a deep understanding of web user experience and knowledge of optimizing user journeys, segmenting & targeting users in the context of experiments
* In addition to your experience in using MVT tools & web analytics tools as well as a good understanding of the principles, methods & best practices of conversion rate optimization, you're characterized above all by your knowledge of website technologies such as HTML, CSS & JS
* You're an expert (m/f/d) in the use of Excel, Adobe Omniture and AB testing tools such as Optimizely or Dynamic Yield (ideally in combination with mParticle)
* You've the ability to present roadmaps & concepts to senior stakeholders & convince them
* You'd describe yourself as a communicative, independent & self-driven team player (m/f/d) as well as organized & detail-oriented
* Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
