Responsibilities:
* Actively contribute to the implementation of the strategy for a defined product category, from product launches to established top sellers.
* Plan and execute measures and campaigns for the defined product category.
* Monitor and assess the achievement of marketing milestones and goals using defined KPIs, and assist in creating reports on the status and success of the measures.
* Brief agencies, service providers, and partners.
* Conduct market and competitive analyses, interpret internal and external market research data, and identify future consumer trends.
* Participate in cross-functional project groups consisting of Controlling, Sales, Category Management, and Product Development.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Marketing, and initial work experience in FMCG marketing.
* Structured and communicative project management talent with excellent presentation skills and a strong analytical mindset.
* Proactive with a 'Can-Do' mentality and hands-on approach.
* Team player who can also work independently with a goal-oriented and efficient work style.
* Enjoy working creatively and have a passion for developing and implementing creative solutions.
* Passionate about current food trends, sustainability, and digital topics with the drive to advance them.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
