About the Position
Having grown HOLY from 0 to €70m+ revenue in three years, we aim to double our business in 2025. The Operations team is a fundamental part of this journey, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the entire journey - from website visit to delivery and support. To achieve our vision of becoming a global, omni-channel, better-for-you soft drink brand, we're seeking exceptional talent like you.
As the Operations Analyst, you will work closely with our Director of Operations to drive team performance and key initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes through clear and concise analyses and dashboards, ensure effective coordination and communication across the team and beyond, and simply get things done.
Your responsibilities include:
* Organizational Support: Drive Operations team effectiveness through supporting performance management, preparing and maintaining clear internal communication, and owning internal workspace management.
* Dashboarding and Analytics: Provide clarity to teams through meaningful dashboards and outcome-driven analyses that deepen understanding of workflows and create actionable insights.
* Cross-functional Projects: Drive outcomes across teams by managing cross-functional initiatives—either supporting the Director of Operations or independently leading smaller projects with full ownership.
* Ad-Hoc Requests: Support the Director of Operations by handling various emerging needs and priorities efficiently.
HOLY provides a unique chance to join a fast-growing company with a proven product, strong brand, and exceptional team on the road to 100m+ revenue. You will report to our Director of Operations, Moritz (that's me!), who is leading our shop, logistics, customer service and central operations teams. You'll contribute to our growth, shape the operations function decisively, and manage projects end-to-end. In this role, you will gain knowledge about building and scaling operations within one of the fastest growing consumer brands in Europe, and clear long-term growth paths into domain expertise or people leadership within the company.
About You
* Excellent at Project Management: Understanding of basic project management principles to handle smaller initiatives and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
* Strong Data & Analytics Skills: Basic proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Looker) and ability to create clear dashboards. Should be comfortable working with data to derive insights and drive action.
* Advocate Extreme Ownership: Taking full responsibility for both successes and failures, focusing on outcomes and results, with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Effective Communicator: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
* Strong Bias for Action: Proactive approach to tasks, with ability to execute independently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Conceptualization: Basic ability to understand complex business processes and systems, with growing capability to see both details and broader context.
* Fast Learner: Quick to adapt to new tools and processes, with enthusiasm for learning technical systems.
* Experience in a fast-growing start up is a big plus.
* Fluency in English, German is a big plus.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
1. Getting to Know You: Screening interview with Luca our Talent Partner where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
2. Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet Moritz, to discuss the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Case Study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study.
4. Advanced Discussion: In this on-site meeting, the hiring manager, and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions.
5. Founder Interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Fredi, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
6. Job Offer and Decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
