Your tasks
As the Lead Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Saas Product Line, you drive and oversee the development of our software products. You outline, describe and manage them and define the “What” and “When”. You ensure that our products’ profitability, technical possibilities, regulatory requirements and sales opportunities are supporting the overall company’s strategy and goals.
1. You drive the definition of our software products according to medical & software standards or other applicable regulations to ensure innovation, market-fit, and quality
2. You implement SAFe Methodology into the product organization
3. You lead a team of Product Managers and coach the team in Design Thinking
4. You constantly conduct in market research, to ensure Enhancement and Maintenance Releases in quality and quantity, depending on the market needs
5. You drive the optimization of COGS for each product
6. Together with your team, you deliver new product ideas or product enhancement ideas to our leadership board
7. You develop the SaaS product roadmap for the next 5 years and you own the SaaS product pine P&L
8. You create and update the 5 year roadmap and make sure, that it is aligned with our hardware offerings and will be profitable in the market
9. You manage the product lifecycle - from go-live to fade-out
Requirements
10. You have previous MedTech, Diagnostics, or Pharmaceutical industry experiences, outlining complex Software solutions and a profound work record of working in Product Leadership positions
11. You have proven knowledge of creating and executing roadmaps for software products
12. You have excellent business analytics skills to perform root cause analysis activities and analyze customer feedback
13. Your assertiveness helps you to move quickly and to take well-founded points of view on critical issues without being abrasive
14. You are able to implement notable change with a down-to-earth approach but also you have the ability to see the details, as well as step back and see the bigger picture
15. You are fluent in English and German
