Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will be responsible for product risk management throughout the entire product lifecycle, in accordance with ISO 14971 requirements. You will accompany development projects to identify and assess risks as well as define appropriate risk control measures. You will continuously evaluate findings from the installed base (e.g. complaints, adverse events, etc.) and update risk assessments as necessary. You will create standardized risk evaluations related to clinical topics, e.g for complaint risk evaluation. As risk manager and medical expert, you will be a member of the safety council. With your profound medical knowledge, you will support and advise the risk management team in risk assessments related to clinical topics. You will support product approvals (e.g., providing information to authorities) and participate in internal and external audits You will work closely with global Risk Management team (incl. Shanghai, Bangalore) within your area of responsibility. You have many years of experience in the field of radiology, especially in the field of Computed Tomography. You have experience with different clinical setups. Preferably you already have experience with development of medical products. Ideally you have a basic knowledge of risk management principles and relevant standards and regulations ISO 14971, ISO 13485, MDR, 21 CFR 820. Your attributes and skills: You enjoy working in an international environment and demonstrate strong intercultural sensitivity. You have full professional proficiency in English, solid German knowledge is desirable. You are assertive and collaborative. You impress us with outstanding communication skills and social competence for collaboration in a multidisciplinary and international environment at different hierarchical levels. You find it easy to understand and maintain an overview of complex topics. Your goal-oriented and structured approach supports you in this.
