ABOUT THE JOB
1. As a Business Analyst, you are part of a cross-functional team that delivers software solutions for airline operations systems from conception to operation
2. You will collaborate with architects, data analysts, digital analysts, product owners, software developers, technology leads and UX/UI designers to clearly define, document and communicate requirements that will enable implementation of new changes and enhancements to our digital platforms in an agile manner
3. You’re responsible for evaluating solution options, consulting with stakeholders as needed to define and articulate business needs in a way that enables the design and delivery of technical solutions that add value across TUI global platforms and services
4. You use your deep understanding of TUI products and systems, business models, processes, data flows and their link to business capabilities to plan and deliver high quality business analysis that supports the ongoing delivery of growth and digital transformation across our key markets
5. Working alongside a varied set of technology and business stakeholders, you define and document new business, user, and system requirements, considering impacts to upstream/ downstream services
6. You manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance
7. You can provide business analysis to multiple agile delivery teams and work closely with the product owner, technology lead and business partners to prioritise and manage complex backlogs
8. You will also support the software operation/management as 2nd level support which includes incident analysis, incident management and handling of configuration requests
9. You are responsible to keep documentation of applications in your area of responsibility up to date
10. As a Business Analyst you distil the needs of business and using your strong collaboration skills you support your team to deliver the best solutions to our customers’ needs. You are commercially astute, focusing on solving business problems in the best way

ABOUT YOU
17. Extensive experience in IT-system design and requirements management, preferably in airline or tourism sectors
18. Proficiency in agile development methods and project management
19. Strong analytical skills for comprehending and communicating complex problems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
20. Experience in creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and system design elements
21. Skilled in requirements elicitation techniques such as BPM, UML, test/use cases, and prototyping
22. Software proficiency: MS Office, Jira, Confluence and AWS cloud solutions
23. Fluent in English, with advanced communication skills for interdisciplinary and international teamwork
24. Strong negotiation skills with both external and internal partners
25. Desirable is a Technical or business degree, or equivalent qualification
26. Knowledge in SQL queries, Java, web services, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing as well as understanding of IT architecture concepts; programming skills desirable
