What you can expect
* Develop and implement consumer-facing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
* Performance and budget responsibilities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

* Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
* Develop and execute paid PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
What sets you apart
* Experience: Extensive experience in consumer marketing, with a strong background in CRM, performance marketing, and paid PR. Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or luxury goods is a plus.
* Leadership: Proven experience leading marketing teams, setting strategic vision, and driving execution.
* Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and ad tech solutions.
* Creative Mindset: Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative storytelling, ensuring a compelling brand presence.
* Global Perspective: Experience in international markets and an understanding of cultural nuances in consumer marketing.
* Passion for Luxury & Watches: Strong interest in the luxury goods industry, particularly high-end watches, is a big plus.
