* Actively support the development of safety relevant ADAS and automated driving solutions with product safety consulting and engineering.
* Perform gap analyses, reviews, assessments, analyses and audits. Ensure compliance with normative requirements, best practices, and industry standards.
* Coach closely our customers on how to develop and approve safety critical products at system, Hardware and Software level.
* Apply your technical and soft skills in different roles on a case-by-case basis, as a technical consultant, safety engineer, process developer, moderator and coach.

Required qualifications and technical skills:
* Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, maths or a similar technical field.
* Several years of professional experience in Software or Hardware development for embed-ded systems
* Professional experience in the field of ADAS and automated driving solutions is a plus.
* Professional experience in consulting, coaching, presenting and defending topics such as: processes, methods, technical solutions, analyses, etc. to clients in German and English.
* Good knowledge of safety methods: HARA, FTA, FME(D)A, DFA, STPA etc.
* Good knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO PAS 21448 (SOTIF), ISO 21434.
* Required soft skills and mindset:
* Pragmatic, structured, communicative and service-oriented; willing to support and em-power different types of customers
* Curious and willing to contribute to an expanding FSQ's knowledge base in areas such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence
* Self-organized with excellent project and time management skills; able to support differ-ent projects in parallel
* Business fluent in German and English (both at least level C1)
