Your Team At Payrails, our Data team empowers all teams to uncover insights and transform them into actions that enhance the value and impact of our products and solutions. We champion data-enabled decision-making and recognize the importance of using the data as a tool to make optimal decisions. What You will be doing You will develop and optimize reports, perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to facilitate data-driven decision making. You will improve and maintain our reporting data models, enabling self-service analytics across the company You will gain insights from the data and utilize them to enhance internal functions performance. You will work in a highly effective team focusing on increasing the value and impact of our products. You'll be great for this role if You have strong SQL skills, and have worked with GoodData, Tableau, Looker, or other Business Intelligence tools. You have a solid knowledge of statistical techniques: distributions, statistical testing, regression, multivariate testing, etc. You have experience in data analysis and can handle confidently large datasets You have a good understanding of data modeling. Ideally, you have more than 5 years of professional experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or other related fields. You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills (both with technical and business teams). Strong analytical and natural curiosity with a desire to explore new ideas, concepts, and ways to improve. Proactive approach, taking initiative to anticipate needs and drive results independently.
