The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability. Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner. You will be part of the team of KEENFINITY GmbH, an innovative company with approximately 4,200 employees worldwide. The company is currently being carved out from the Bosch Group and will operate as an independent entity starting in mid-2025. You will provide legal advice to our leadership team and HR departments regarding national and international employment and co-determination law, and coordinate international projects from a labor law and HR perspective. You will actively contribute to the development, negotiation, and implementation of national, foreign, and international employment conditions. You will support restructuring measures, taking labor law aspects into account, and ensure their successful implementation. You will work closely and constructively with national and international colleagues, as well as employee representatives. You will actively contribute your expertise to (global) projects with legal relevance, ensuring their successful execution in compliance with policies and guidelines.
