One of our companies is currently looking for a Territory Manager in the Dresden area, Germany.
We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to oversee sales operations within the assigned region. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through the effective promotion and sales of innovative medical device solutions. Working closely with healthcare professionals in clinical environments, you will also provide intraoperative support and patient programming. This is a key position within the sales team, reporting directly to the Area Director - DACH.
Accountabilities:
* Manage and grow the territory by developing relationships with new and existing clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Provide clinical support for procedures, including intra- and post-operative patient programming.
* Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to educate clients on best practices and new innovations.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in chronic pain therapies and the broader medtech sector.
* Ensure a high level of service to healthcare professionals and patients, focusing on positive clinical outcomes.
* Participate in industry events, conferences, and educational workshops to support product awareness and adoption.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and report progress to the management team.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
* At least 5 years of sales experience in the field of implantable medical devices.
* Proven track record of sales success and strong performance in previous roles.
* Comfortable operating in surgical environments and delivering technical sales.
* Strong empathy and patient-centered mindset.
* Proficient in MS Office and sales tools (Excel, CRM platforms, etc.).
* Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the territory (up to 80%).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German; English proficiency is a plus.
