THE ROLE & THE TEAM The Junior Programming and Planning Content Strategy Consideration Manager is responsible for planning, distributing, and defining marketing strategies for content initiatives across Zalando owned channels. In close alignment with our buying, marketing and retail teams we plan audience-focused content with a goal to maximise our customer acquisition and shopping experience. As a Junior Manager you will bring your expertise to support your Lead, assortment focus and team members to create engaging and elevated multi-brand content that embraces Zalando values and highlights the assortment. Work closely with market retail managers and buying teams to match content planning with market demands and assortment strategies. Participate in the development and execution of content strategies that cater to different audience segments and market trends. Become an expert on the Zalando onsite channels, demonstrating a full awareness of business objectives, commercial and strategic goals, and key assortment topics. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives in meeting commercial and inspirational objectives. Contribute to cross-functional meetings and projects, providing insights and updates from a content planning perspective. Support in managing content calendars, ensuring timely execution and alignment with market and business needs. Drive the PDP content planning and strategy in collaboration with Zalando Studios. Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behaviours to inform content planning and execution. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including creatives, marketeers, and buying teams. Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A keen understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and retail dynamics. Proactive and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A passion for content planning and a desire to grow and develop within the field.
