Sales Account Manager - Existing Business Sales
At {company}, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team, specializing in solutions within the domain of security, brand protection, and fraud prevention.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is internet savvy and seeking a sales role working with cutting-edge technology and global internet branding. Based in Wiesbaden, Germany, you will be part of a hybrid work environment, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cross-Selling and Revenue Growth:
o Manage a portfolio of existing clients across Germany, providing consultative support to enhance their digital brand strategy.
o Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to help clients protect and grow their digital presence.
o Collaborate with clients to ensure they are fully leveraging our solutions for domain management, brand protection, and online security.
o Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for existing business.
* Client Retention and Digital Strategy Consulting:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
o Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help clients improve their digital brand and security strategies.
o Proactively address client challenges and provide innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
* Strategic Collaboration and Insights:
o Partner with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless and impactful client experiences.
o Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and emerging threats in digital branding and online security to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
o Share insights from client interactions to help shape product enhancements and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or consulting, ideally within digital branding, domain management, or online security.
* Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
* A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in client-facing roles.
* In-depth knowledge of digital brand management, online security, and industry trends is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at building long-term client relationships.
