TASKS
13. Manages Allianz Groups Mini Mobility Program, a designated short term program to develop talent and foster personal growth. This may include: Pro-actively engages with employee and internal stakeholders in a key account role for the Mini Mobility Program, repares and administers Mini Mobility related documents and Interfaces with tax advisors and other external suppliers on a daily basis to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations
14. Supports with operational and administrative tasks for all types of international assignments at all hierarchical levels throughout the entire assignment life-cycle
15. Participates in special mobility related projects and actively supports in various strategic initiatives
16. Engages to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes
PROFILE
17. Bachelor or equivalent education in Human Resource Management, (International) Business Studies / Administration, Information Systems / Business Information Technology, (International) Cultural Studies or Business Law
18. Experience in vendor management and/ or implementation of IT tools is a plus
19. Profound knowledge of the M365 Co-pilot Suite (former Microsoft Office 365)
20. IT programming skills are a plus
21. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, additional language is a plus
