Responsibilities:
1. Strategic and operational responsibility for the development of Klueber‘s refrigeration compressor business
2. Obtain market insights and evaluate potentials in the relevant subsidiaries, including the identification of the relevant market players and their respective business models
3. Develop country/ regional specific competitor analyses and draw proper conclusions & decision models
4. Define business models and prepare qualified product value arguments together with the subsidiaries to turn refrigeration compressor potentials & prospects into sales
5. Identify relevant refrigeration compressor OEMs and packagers, evaluate their potentials and develop business
6. Compile customer specific competitor analyses and penetration strategies
7. Conduct successful price negotiations (especially with global players)
Qualifications:
8. Graduate engineer (technical university, university of applied sciences), preferably specialising in mechanical engineering, industrial engineer, business economist or equivalent knowledge and skills – or similar qualification
9. Several years of experience in the field of sales&application, marketing, product management – preferably in the compressors industry
10. Good command of both written and spoken English and German
11. Willingness to travel (approx. 30 %)
