In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed decisions across all areas of our online business. You will leverage your analytical expertise to extract meaningful insights from various data sources, contribute to strategic planning, and ultimately help optimize our eCommerce performance and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various eCommerce platforms, marketing channels, and internal databases (e.g., website analytics, sales data, customer behavior data, marketing campaign data). Reporting & Dashboarding: Design and develop interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders across the organization. Utilize tools like Google Looker Studio and BigQuery to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports. Trend Identification & Forecasting: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within eCommerce data to understand customer behavior, product performance, market dynamics, and campaign effectiveness. Contribute to sales forecasting and inventory planning based on data analysis. Leverage tools like Helium 10 and Amalyze to monitor market trends, track competitor performance, and identify growth opportunities. Website & Marketplace Performance Analysis: Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, customer journey funnels, and other key metrics to identify areas for optimization and improve the overall online customer experience. Track and analyze product listing performance across online marketplaces. Marketing Campaign Analysis: Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (e.g., paid advertising, email marketing, social media) to optimize ROI and allocate marketing spend strategically. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Support A/B testing initiatives on the website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to identify data-backed improvements in content, design, and user experience. Customer Segmentation & Insights: Analyze customer data to develop customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history. Provide insights to inform personalized marketing strategies and improve customer targeting. Data-Driven Recommendations: Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders across different departments (e.g., marketing, product development, sales) to influence strategic decision-making. Data Visualization & Storytelling: Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and engaging manner through compelling visualizations and presentations tailored to different audiences. Stay Updated: Continuously research and stay informed about new data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices within the eCommerce landscape. Your Profile: Experience: 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within an eCommerce or digital marketing environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL or other data query languages for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable. Experience with eCommerce tools like Helium 10 and Amalyze is a strong advantage.
