Role Overview
The Head of Revenue Operations is the strategic architect of AMDT’s revenue engine, serving as the critical nexus between data, strategy, and execution. You will transform raw operational information into a predictive, intelligent system that drives sustainable revenue growth. By bridging sales, marketing, product management, and finance, you'll create a holistic view of our revenue generation process, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and strategic acceleration and ultimately maximize revenue by aligning processes, tools, and data.
Your Tasks
Own lead-to-cash process & ensure revenue performance
* Own and improve the lead-to-cash workflow, designing processes that enhance cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
* Drive operational excellence by refining core sales processes, methodologies, and business cadences (e.g., QBRs, forecasting, and pipeline reviews).
* Design and implement comprehensive revenue performance frameworks.
* Establish and optimize forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and revenue performance metrics to provide actionable insights to the executive team.
* Collaborate with revenue teams to roll out actionable, data-driven strategies.
* Lead and support cross-company initiatives that impact revenue operations.
* Support commission strategy and quota design, working closely with Finance and Sales leadership to align incentives with business outcomes.
Define & track key revenue KPIs, ensuring accuracy in pipeline management
* Deliver analytics and insights to improve operational efficiency and scaling efforts.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights into revenue performance, pipeline health, marketing and sales effectiveness, lead velocity, and other key metrics.
* Analyze customer data, segment performance, and conversion trends to uncover growth opportunities, cross-sell/upsell, and retention.
Sales Enablement & Order Processing
* Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to design and implement scalable programs, training, and enablement resources that enhance sales productivity.
* Lead the Deal Desk function including Order Management, ensuring streamlined deal management and contract efficiency.
Own and optimize the RevOps tech stack
* Continuously improve Salesforce (SFDC) and adjacent revenue tech stack (Tableau, Hubspot, Gong, Prolifiq etc.) ensuring high-quality data, automation, and process consistency across the organization.
* Ensure systems are integrated and aligned with business priorities.
* Ensure data integrity and run data clean-up projects as needed.
Leadership & Team Building
* Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations team, ensuring the right mix of analytics, tech and execution capabilities.
* Foster cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive operational efficiency and growth.
Your Profile
Experience
* 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within enterprise-focused SaaS organizations, ideally at scale-ups, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of designing and scaling revenue operations functions that drive measurable impact on revenue growth.
* Experience owning forecasting, enablement, and performance management of a multi channel, international Sales team.
* Experience creating new processes, strategies, and frameworks in fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and LTV.
Technical Competence
* Expertise in Salesforce architecture, setup, and workflows across Sales, Marketing, CPQ and Contract Management.
* Hands-on experience with a modern tech stack and an eagerness to implement tools that support revenue growth
* Experience with Tableau or other data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development.
Leadership & Collaboration
* Effective people manager and team leader.
* A demonstrated ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align priorities
