Reporting to the BLM, the Operation Manager is responsible for oversee and optimize our after-service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service delivery, and improving operational efficiency. Customer Service Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing and resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly. Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of after-sales services, including repairs, maintenance, and support, ensuring timely and quality service. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Field Service Oversight: Oversee the activities of field service engineers and one field service coordinator, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service performance and identify areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and service problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. Review operational results to assure progress towards the Company’s business objectives. Fluency in English language required. Bachelor’s Degree in business, manufacturing, industrial or related engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience whereby requisite knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated. Minimum ten years’ experience in manufacturing operations in an industrial equipment manufacturing environment with a minimum of five years of management experience. Familiarity with rotating equipment is required. Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise Above average technical communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, MRP/ERP software, Project Management software. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work independently, be detail-oriented and thorough. Expert in Cryogenics rotating equipment operation.
