Staff Product Analyst – Data Quality and Frontend Tracking (Adtech)
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Product Analyst to ensure the accuracy and completeness of frontend event tracking across our digital platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of implementing, monitoring, and maintaining data quality processes that are critical to our organization's decision-making and product development.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Product Analytics, and Engineering, to ensure our tracking systems provide high-quality, actionable insights. Your work will empower stakeholders to analyze user behavior, assess the impact of new features, and develop robust predictive models.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Tracking Implementation:
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define, implement, and document frontend event tracking requirements.
Conduct end-to-end testing to validate tracking setup and data flows.
2. Data Quality Monitoring:
Develop and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and alerts to ensure the completeness and correctness of tracked data.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the Data Science team to ensure tracking aligns with model requirements and predictive analytics goals.
Partner with the Product Analytics team to validate event data used for user behavior analysis and feature impact evaluation.
Act as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries from cross-functional stakeholders.
4. Documentation and Process Optimization:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for tracking specifications and data validation processes.
Identify and implement improvements to data collection processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

5. Proven experience in a similar role (, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or related position).
6. Strong understanding of frontend tracking tools and frameworks (, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or custom event tracking setups).
7. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
8. Knowledge of data validation techniques, monitoring practices, and debugging tools.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
10. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
11. Experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes.
12. Prior experience working in close collaboration with Data Science teams.
