Your Opportunity:
As the Partnerships Manager, D/A/CH, you hold a key role in growing our business in D/A/CH within our EMEA region. Together with the wider Partnerships, Business Development & Customer Success teams, your mission is to empower our partner channel within these regions, position the Nosto brand & solution within the Shopware and Shopify ecosystem and win key customers from the partner network to support our revenue growth targets.
Nosto partners with a wide range of players in the e-commerce field, including digital agencies, e-commerce platform vendors, software integrators, consulting houses, email service providers and payment service providers.
Your Responsibilities:
* Source and generate new business opportunities in our Ideal customer profile (ICP) through the partner channel in line with the company strategy
* Support and work closely with the New Business Team to close down those opportunities
* Work closely with the Customer Success Team to help support and/or generate upsell opportunities for existing Nosto customers.
* Work closely with our Partner team across other offices to share best practices and develop the partner program and global partner relationships & strategy
* Recruit and manage key industry partners in the local market/region, from System Integrators (SI) to technology partners.
* Manage the relationship with strategic reseller partners in the region like Shopware
* Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within those partners, as well as building out further relationships within the Shopware & Shopify agency ecosystem in particular.
* Work alongside the Head of Partnerships EMEA as well as GM EMEA-APAC on an evolving partner strategy in line with the company strategy
* Drive and deliver partner events with local head of market and local marketing manager
* Improve our partner's product knowledge and product adoption through 1:1 trainings and creating local partner events, with the support of the local team and product managers
* Clearly communicate partner feedback and requirements to the Partner team in other markets and senior management team.
Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or equivalent degree /experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in partner management, customer success and/or business development
* Proven ability to pursue and close new partnerships within the ecommerce industry
* Proven ability to generate new business from partners
* Willing to be at industry social events on a regular basis and travel across the D/A/CH region to meet partners and attend events
* Knowledge and experience of working in the Shopify and or Shopware ecosystems.
* Outgoing personality
* Fluent English and German
