Responsibilities
* Work closely with the heads of sales and business business leaders to develop value propositions and client marketing strategy for the region.Â
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plan to support the business goalsÂ
* Lead a team of marketing specialists to help deliver marketing strategyÂ
* Work closely with sales teams to coordinate roadshows and events across the region.Â
* Develop campaigns across digital, email, social media and websites.
* Partner with external media agencies in the region to develop advertisement and media campaigns
* Help develop sponsorship and advertising opportunities
* Translate content into German where required.Â
* Use KPIâ??s and data to record and measure success of marketing campaigns and initiatives

RequirementsÂ
* Undergraduate degree (min 2.1)
* 10+ years intermediary meeting marketing experience, ideally in the DACH region.Â
* Business fluent in German and English
* Proven experience with multi-channel marketing in asset management
* Strong understanding of asset management distribution environment.
* Strong understanding of investment products
