Position location: Hybrid working schedule from Itzehoe (preferred location) or Selb. Remote working schedule is available.
What you will be doing:
- Serves as an expert and advisor in conducting full cycle recruitment activities, including but not limited to, verifying specifications of the job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates, providing a high touch candidate experience to both active and passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- To oversee Vishay Europe talent acquisition activities and team. Develop talent sourcing strategies & passive recruiting programs to effectively network and identify internal and external talent pipelines for relevant positions.
- To lead best practice initiatives for talent acquisition for Vishay Europe, supporting internal and external talent operations and candidate experience
- Defining, implementing and/or maintaining Recruiting policies, guidelines, tools and services for VISHAY at Europe region.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and the rest of the Global HR team to understand hiring needs, conducting workforce analysis, and developing recruitment strategies that align with Vishay organizational goals
- Enhancing Vishay's reputation and visibility as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives across Europ region.
- Leverage data analytics, insights, and external networking events better understand the external market as well any internal improvements needed to hire talent effectively and efficiently.
What you will bring along:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition field, experience with manufacturing industry.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Advanced research/sourcing skills (use of Boolean, social media, and alternative search techniques)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results with matrixed global organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing a TA team is preferred.
- Previous experience with Workday is preferred not required.
