The Position Work at the forefront of automation architecture Join our team as a Senior Manager Automation Technology and establish automation architectures for sites within the AH S4G Digital Program. You'll standardize and integrate systems, collaborate on transition plans, and consult on solutions with automation system owners and project leads. As a member of the Joint IT - Automation - Architecture Board, you'll create architecture assessment documents, defend solutions, and initiate changes of Blueprints and technical solutions. Tasks & responsibilities - In your new role you will be responsible to establish the automation architectures for sites that are in the scope of the AH S4G Digital Program, covering packages like Capex, LTF, Asset Replacement and S4G Digital Manufacturing. - You will be accountable for automation standardization and integration of systems and equipment in the automation and IT landscape based on the Vertical Integration (VI) Standards and Blueprints. - Moreover, you will establish the As-Is situations, the To-Be Architecture and the transition plan for each site and each system in close collaboration with VI, the S4G program, local teams, the IT, GBS and other stakeholders. - You will conduct Solution Consulting with the automation system owner and project leads to foster the implementation of a standardized automation landscape across all global locations. - Furthermore, you will create the architecture assessment documents and exceptions if required, defend the solutions in the Joint Architecture Board and you will initiate changes of Blueprints and technical solutions and conduct the development of new Blueprints where required. - Not least you will act as automation architect as a member of the Joint IT - Automation - Architecture Board. Requirements - Master's degree (e.g. MBA, MSc) or Diploma degree in engineering, automation, information technology, electrical engineering, computer science or similar with long-standing experience within different automation functions in a regulated environment - Experience in project management with external parties, preferably with knowledge in lean-management, project controlling, project management tools etc. - Proven experience as IT/OT cross functional architect as well as experience in change management - Specialized knowledge in automation, computer science or information technology and very good know-how in the ISA models and batch management systems - Quality-oriented and business management thinking and acting - Very strong communication and networking skills in a complex global and cross-vendor environment, excellent social, negotiation and networking skills Ready to contact us?
