What you'll do
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced EMEA Localization Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of EMEA legislation and policies that impact SAP Business Network and Procurement processes. They will be responsible for ensuring our products and services enable SAP customers in the EMEA region to be compliant and meet the localization requirements.
As a Product Manager (f/m/d) you will be working in an international team to provide:
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EMEA legislation and policies that impact SAP Business Network and Procurement processes and interpret these requirements into product requirement documents that support our engineering team in designing localization solutions.
* Continuously roll-in requirements from local markets to ensure product compliance, and support local user groups, engaging regularly with customers and stakeholders at events, conferences, and presentations to provide updates on product localization.
* Build strong relationships with the SAP ecosystem (cross teams), customers, and other stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on SAP Business Network and Procurement localization topics. Act as a contact point for key global customers, assisting in maintaining good customer relations and providing local product expertise when required to support sales initiatives and customer demonstrations.
* Support our development groups during testing of new localizations, ensuring the quality of deliverables to our customers and providing guidance on localization best practices.
* Handle customer messages, when required, providing localization knowledge to help achieve successful resolution and support the roll-out of localization initiatives through various channels, such as customer newsletters, demos, blogs, and webinars.
What you bring
* Demonstrated Product Management experience with SAP Business Network and SAP Procurement solutions, with strong knowledge on electronic invoice process and Order-to-Cash process and e-invoice processes
* Deep understanding of the EMEA market and business processes
* Strong ability to interpret and analyze EMEA legislation and policies that impact SAP Business Network and Procurement processes
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and customers effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address localization issues
* Proven experience in driving technology strategy, ensuring our products and services meet the needs of our customers in the EMEA region
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a multi-cultural environment, across time zones, customer focused
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
* More than 7 years professional experience in software/consulting/business environment

We are currently looking for a professional with extensive knowledge in electronic invoice and order-to-cash processes to extend the existing team and manage the roll-in of legal requirements and country mandates and the roll-out of new localizations focused in the EMEA region for SAP Business Network (fka Ariba Network) and SAP Procurement Apps (including SAP Ariba apps).
