The new agile organisation is located in Software Product Development directly under the Head of Product Development and has the task of developing parts of a new product generation for SEEBURGER.
Your tasks
* Responsible for a scaled agile organisation (currently 6 teams, still under development), together with the lead product owner and the system architects
* Preparation and moderation of agile ceremonies on a scaled level
o Planning the iteration
o Regular coordination and course correction during the iteration
o Refinement of the overarching product backlog
o Review of the results with the stakeholders
o Retrospective of the agile organisation
* Routine identification, prioritisation and active processing of impediments
* Ensuring good collaboration between the various roles, teams and stakeholders and promoting a constructive feedback culture
* Collaborating with and leading the Agile Masters of the agile organisation
* Responsible for the continuous improvement process
* Participate in the global agile community and support the agile transformation of SEEBURGER
* Tasks in people management are possible
Your profile
* Ideally already 2-3 years of experience as Chief Agile Master / Chief Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer, responsible for a scaled agile setup with at least 4 teams
* Alternatively with at least 5 years of experience as Agile Master / Scrum Master ready for the next step, this should already include experience in a scaled agile environment with at least 6 teams in total
* Experience in the theory and practice of agile scaling frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, SAFe; ideally in a management role at scaling level
* Training in the field of software development desirable, but at least 5 years of experience in the software business
* Fluent communication in German and English
* Highly senior demeanour (at least 10 years of professional experience in total)
* High level of moderation, mediation and conflict resolution skills
* Positive attitude and high level of identification with agile values and principles
* High level of initiative and proactivity
* Experience in people management and organisational development desirable
