Job Responsibilities
1. Identifying and contacting new clients based within industrial and agricultural companies.
2. Developing new sales opportunities through lead tracking and emails in industry and agriculture.
3. Building strategic relationships with potential technology providers and other key stakeholders.
4. Creating and maintaining tools for the sales activities aligned with obtaining information and processing offers and orders.
5. Providing technical advice to customers and preparation of offers.
Minimum Requirements
1. Degree or training in industrial or technical engineering or a similar field.
2. 5 years’ experience in project development and implementation of customer-specific systems.
3. Track record in selling high-value projects.
4. Experience in wastewater treatment, renewable energy, gas processing, or agriculture would be an advantage.
5. Results-driven with strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Customer-oriented, a self-starter, and independent.
7. Very good command of Polish and English. Other European languages, as well as German, would be an advantage.
Working Conditions
1. Home office (pro rata after training).
2. 38-hour week with flexible working hours, so that career and family can be easily combined.
