What you can expect
‘ You support the telesales sales management with organisational tasks
‘ You take over the coordination / information / networking of office staff and telesales agents
‘ You support the Telesales team managers
‘ You are the permanent contact person for all telesales agents in administrative matters
‘ You are responsible for checking and following up on applications from interested parties
‘ You optimise the workflows
‘ You advise on the interpretation of commercial and bank information
‘ You provide assistance with the procurement of SEPA mandates and collateral
‘ You are responsible for processing clarification cases, identifying and forwarding customer enquiries
‘ You take over CRM research, point system, duplicate check
‘ You ensure the processing of leads, lead submissions, preliminary enquiries, etc.
‘ You support the sales management in the creation of statistics
‘ You ensure compliance with the specified guidelines and report to superiors
‘ You support DKV FLEET VIEW:
o Box ordering & returns handling
o Contract confirmations & deposit fees
o Ticket creation & research
o Analyses incl. creation of weekly statistics
What makes you stand out Qualified and completed commercial training
High affinity for sales, initial experience in sales is desirable
Service-orientation and willingness to provide service
Open, positive communication behaviour
Very good knowledge of MS Office products
Good knowledge of English
Good understanding of numbers, abstraction skills, ideally experience with SAP R3 applications
Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment
