The salesperson is responsible for the development of the defined sales region. He/She has full budget responsibility for the area (heavy / compact).
Role & Responsibility
Sales:
* Frequent customer support and opportunity retrieval and analysis of steady customers; Support and consulting of clients on site.
* Costumer acquisition
* Planning and execution of sales actions (demonstrations, mailings etc.)
* Generating rental business with steady customers and new customers
* Cross Selling
Product Groups:
Product segment compact (Bobcat, Kramer, PP)
* general steady customers
* medium sized companies

Job Requirement
* Education & Qualification: Business Administration - Bachelors Degree - Allow Equivalent
* Experience: 5>7 years
* Travel Standard: >50%
* Global Breadth: Multi-Site (> One Location)
* Revenue Magnitude: 1 - 2 Million
* In-depth technical and commercial understanding
* Sales experience in capital goods sector (preferably in construction machinery)
* MS Office knowledge, strong communication skills, organisational skills
* Customer and service orientation.
* Preferable commercial education / technician with sales-oriented training
