SciNova are partnered with an international scale-up dedicated to developing a cutting-edge drug development platform and are now seeking a Global Marketing Manager to amplify their impact across core markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing a multifaceted marketing approach to build and enhance brand presence, engage with KOL's and manage all external communications. It's essential that the candidate brings a strong track record of interpreting scientific information into marketable content, as well experienced in working closely with R&D and Technical Operations to guarantee accuracy.
Role responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
* Manage and grow my clients digital presence, including social media, website, email campaigns, and content creation.
* Collaborate with R&D and Technical Operations to create targeted scientific marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies and thought leadership pieces.
* Organise and create content and posters for congresses, conferences, industry events and online webinars.
* Analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
Requirements:
* MSc in Marketing, Communications or a scientific related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Marketing or Communications within Biotech or Biopharmaceutical industry is essential.
* Proven track record in developing and executing successful international marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
* Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English (German is a plus).
