Waters Account Manager (South Germany) About the Role: As a Waters Account Manager, you will drive business growth in South Germany by maintaining and developing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will deliver innovative technology and system solutions to ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing accounts and develop new ones. Understand customer business and growth plans to offer tailored solutions. Travel throughout South Germany with flexibility in managing your accounts. Serve customers in Food & Environmental, Material Sciences, and Biomedical Research markets. Achieve sales targets for LC, SFC, MS instruments, and Informatics products. Collaborate with various teams and specialists. Prospect for new customers and present Waters products. Negotiate prices and organize sales events. Respond to RFPs and understand customer decision processes. Requirements: Passionate, charismatic, and determined individual. Customer-focused with excellent listening skills. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical issues. Good interpersonal skills and a sense of humor. Strong organizational skills and adaptability. Fluent in German and English. Experience with CRM systems and market knowledge.
