Your Responsibilities Collaborating with all teams inside of Cardmarket and serving as a contact person for all people inside of Cardmarket related to people operations topics Assisting and execution in all parts of the employee lifecycle : Attraction Creation of employer branding ideas Further development of the corporate culture Recruiting Drafting job advertisements Application screening and evaluation Organizing and conducting job interviews Onboarding Preparation of employment contracts Carrying out residence processes in cooperation with the foreigners authority Management and organization of the onboarding process Development Preparation of amendment & training agreements Planning and organisation of internal and external training courses Retention Creating and conducting employee surveys Conducting mediation meetings Execution of the payroll accounting process, if needed Seperation Preparation of cancellation agreements and notices of termination Preparation of employment references Being part of the admin team and developing Cardmarket holistically on an organizational level in exchange with the legal department, finance department and office management Your profile Exceptional communication skills (fluent in English (C1) & German (C1)) and communication strategies Highly developed competences in empathy, self-reflection and self-management as well as self- organization Hands on mentality and a proactive mindset Very distinctive decision management Many years (3) of professional experience in the field of people operations Completed education in the field of people operations and/or completed studies with a focus on personnel and leadership Experience with the following tools and administrative processes is a plus: Personio DearEmployee SpenDesk SV-Meldeportal Business Immigration Office (BIS) Strong Microsoft Office skills Presence in Berlin is required Why us?
