Global Sales & Marketing is located at Mercedes-Benz Mobility HQ in Stuttgart (Pragsattel) and is responsible for the development, enhancement and coordination of global initiatives such as sales growth programs, digital customer retention, lifecycle management and innovative mobility services. We are very ambitious in advancing our core finance and leasing business by ensuring our Mercedes-Benz customers remain loyal to the brand. Hence, Digital Customer Retention is an essential part of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG strategy.
Our Global Retention Team is globally oriented, striving for daily excellence in collaboration with the markets and combining the highest ambitions with a strong team culture. Would you like to join us?
Your tasks will be:
1. As a working student, you will be an integral part of the Global Retention Team, contributing up to hours per week
2. You will participate in implementing scalable business solutions for digital retention activities
3. You will be responsible for collecting and organizing data to visualize and digitalize our overall retention processes
4. You will also be responsible for communicating with markets and handling internal communication activities
5. Moreover, you will support organizing market rollouts, preparing trainings, and maintaining close contact with the markets and other stakeholders
In a nutshell: You will bring your expertise, creativity, and digital skills to jointly achieve our ambitious customer loyalty targets on a global level.
Qualifikationen
6. Studies in business administration or a comparable field
7. Effective proficiency in German and English
8. Basic digital knowledge and computer skills (e. g., Mural, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint)
9. Passionate about innovative digital products
10. Ability to act in an intercultural and international context
11. Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
12. Personal initiative, strategic and analytical thinking and a “get things done” mindset
13. Strong customer and team orientation
