The IT sub-section “Corporate Products HR” is responsible for global implementation of HR Digitalization Roadmap, delivering topics on Learning, Payroll, Time Management and Compensation. We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager, who is eager to take over responsibility and to make a difference.
As a Product Manager you will manage HR-related applications (e.g. SuccessFactors, Learning tools), including steering the demand process and consulting business colleagues to lead both tactical and strategic development.
You’ll lead an agile team comprised of architects, business analysts, quality assurance and development resources, all focused on achieving the team’s goals. In this role, you will own and manage the product lifecycle including functional releases and IT upgrades, to maintain compliance, performance and ‘fit for purpose’ business functionality. You will be responsible for the secure and stable ‘run’ of the product as well as for the product costs.
Your job
1. Driving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes and launching new tools
2. Overviewing product cost and budget as well as managing of the external staff including procurement and provider management
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions
4. Partner with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectation.
5. Manage delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
6. Work across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
7. Monitor and evaluate product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
Your profile
8. University degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification
9. 3+ years product management experience working in a regulated industry such as Financial Services. Digital product management experience is an asset.
10. Several years of very good SAP application experience, especially in SuccessFactors
11. Strong customer orientation and customer communication skills. Act as a reliable partner for HR department
12. Demonstrated ability to adhere the security guidelines and best practices. Collaborate with ISO community to ensure that issues are addressed when identified
13. Preferably, you are already ITIL or Scrum certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
14. Self-organized and proactive attitude
15. Fluency in English and German
