To support our team, we're seeking a Junior International Brand Manager for Western Europe (BENELUX, FR).
Your Responsibilities
* Lead exciting projects to grow brands such as Alpecin (targeting hair loss in men), Plantur 39 (focused on menopausal hair loss), and Vagisan (intimate health expert) with a primary focus on the BENELUX region.
* Strategically and operationally develop, implement, monitor, and optimize media campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google) and cross-brand projects for both existing and new brands.
* Develop and adapt marketing assets for both B2C and B2B sectors, encompassing retail and online platforms.
* Monitor market dynamics, trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate closely with international colleagues, agencies, and global marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Your Qualifications
* Experience in international marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Fluent in Dutch (native level) and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex data, interpret it, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
* Open-minded and capable of working effectively within an international team, with a strong inclination towards developing new topics.
* Understanding of AI and its practical implementation in marketing strategies.
