As the Global Value Lead, you will oversee a team of professionals who develop a deep understanding of key stakeholders' needs, anticipate market environmental trends, build and execute our commercial strategy, and work cross-functionally to maximize asset potential throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and updating the commercial strategy and tactics to maximize the respective asset, its potential and long-term value realization. Specific activities include the development of a compelling value proposition, building and executing the marketing strategy, optimizing patient access, oversight of the medical affairs strategy and execution, and leading world-class brand launches with excellence. - Asset leadership. You will work closely with the Asset Lead and Evidence Lead for your assigned asset(s) to ensure comprehensive and coordinated efforts across all aspect of developing, launching and overseeing assets throughout their product lifecycle. - Value Development and Demonstration. You will drive innovation and collaboration as the "voice of the patient and customer", representing key stakeholders and markets, while seamlessly integrating all types of evidence to support asset value and patient access to novel treatments. - Direct Team Leadership. You will recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team of Marketing and Market Access professionals, empower team members, and foster a culture of 'lead and learn' to proactively manage growth and turnover. You will be responsible for all aspects of performance management and budget management for your team. - Matrix Team Leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment, collaboration and deliverables across all commercial functions, including Customer Insights, Forecasting, Communications, Government Affairs, Healthcare Affairs, Marketing, Market Access/HEOR, Patient Engagement, Public Affairs, and Sales, working as one cohesive team on an aligned commercial strategy. - Priority deliverables. You will lead the collaborative development and communication of the Integrated Asset Plan (i.e. Strategic & Tactical Brand Plans) and provide guidance to countries for their individual asset planning activities. You will direct customer and competitor insight generation, create and test detailed Target Product Profiles, oversee the development and execution of customer-facing campaigns pre and post launch, and guide the development and tracking of key performance indicators for your asset. - Asset Launches. You will be responsible for all aspects of asset commercial strategy development - including evidence planning and oversight, developing and tracking launch plans, and ensuring launch success. Requirements - Master's degree or equivalent and at least a decade's worth of professional experience in marketing, market access, or related functions in the pharmaceutical industry - Proven experience in leading teams in the pharmaceutical industry required - Practiced in managing product P&L - Familiarity with working in both Global and Country roles strongly preferred - Global launch experience preferred - Expertise in working in mental health preferred - Proficiency in working with the US, Germany, China and Japan (deep knowledge of at least one required) - Experience with Real World Evidence (RWE) data generation preferred - Strong presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills, including budget management - Extensive experience in pharmaceutical commercialization with strong working knowledge of Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs (at a Global level) is required and mastery of at least one of these functional domains - Strong commercial leadership skills, including across functional domains with limited expertise, required - Demonstrated exceptional customer focus and strong stakeholder management skills - Willingness to travel (25%) - Fluency in English Ready to contact us??
